From I-93 in New Hampshire: Take Exit 23 to Route 104 East, then U.S. Route 3 North, then Route 25 East, then Route 16 North for 1/2 mile. Take a left onto Depot Road. We will be 3 miles on the left.
 
From I-95 in New Hampshire: Take Exit for Spaulding Turnpike / Conway & White Mountains Area. (This is also Route 16.) Travel about 11/2 hours North on Route 16 / Spaulding Turnpike. In West Ossipee, there will be a McDonald’s on your right. Continue North on Route 16 for 1/2 mile past McDonald’s, then take a left onto Depot Road. We will be 3 miles on the left.

Polar Caves The Polar Caves, Rumney, NH - The Polar Caves were formed about fifty thousand years ago as the third continental glacier descended over New Hampshire’s White Mountains. White Mountain National Forest White Mountain National Forest - Because of its beauty, proximity to major cities, its 1,200 miles of hiking trails, and countless recreational opportunities, the WMNF is one of the most visited outdoor recreational sites in the U.S. Most of the major peaks over 4,000 feet in New Hampshire are located in the WMNF. Over 100 miles of the Appalachian Trail traverses the WMNF. Six Federal Wilderness Areas exist within the Forest: the Presidential Range / Dry River Wilderness, the Great Gulf Wilderness, the Pemigewasset Wilderness, the Caribou / Speckled Mountain Wilderness, and the Wild River Wilderness.
Lake Winnipesaukee Lake Winnipesaukee - The largest lake in New Hampshire, Lake Winnipesaukee contains as least 253 islands and is indented by several peninsulas. The paddlesteamer Mount Washington makes one or two round trips on the lake per day in the summer, and hosts dinner dance cruises in the evenings. Surrounding the lake are a number of summer and winter resort communities, including Laconia - famous for the annual Bike Week which attracts thousands of motocyclists to the region.
Cog Railroad Mount Washington Cog Railway, Bretton Woods, NH - Mount Washington Cog Railway provide a sense of adventure and history as it carries passengers up a 3-mile-long trestle and the steepest railroad tracks in North America to the 6,288-foot summit of Mount Washington. There, visitors can take in the spectacular panoramic view, spanning the mountains and valleys of New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont, north into Canada, and east to the Atlantic Ocean. Passengers may choose to ride The Cog in a car powered by a historic steam locomotive or the more modern and eco-friendly biodiesel engines.
